JMC Physiocures is Lanarkshire’s largest private Physiotherapy practice with 5 clinics in Rutherglen, Motherwell, Hamilton, Coatbridge and Airdrie. With full-time dedicated members of staff in all of our clinics, as well as part-time members of staff we offer a personalised, prompt and efficient service.
Our aim is to help you achieve or stay at peak condition whether this is advice on injury prevention, workplace assessments, recovery from surgery or treatment for an acute injury we use a flexible approach to tailor our care for you.
Our Admin team are available Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm to help you with any enquires. They are also available Tuesdays and Thursdays until 6.30pm.

Typically, our services would involve a 45 minute initial assessment which provides time to adequately discuss your problem and your goals. We would always aim to provide you with clear information about what is causing your problem, importantly what you can do to help it and what treatments may help in the short and long-term.
The initial assessment also includes some treatment which can take many forms including “hands-on” physio techniques such as mobilisation or manipulation, therapeutic exercise, acupuncture and a variety of others. In some cases, 1 appointment is enough but if required you can progress to either a 45-minute or 30-minute follow up appointment as appropriate allowing further “hands-on” treatment or simply rehabilitation to prevent further injury.
